We are a small, family-owned business in the Pearland/Friendswood area of Texas, focusing on garage conversions, covered back patios, kitchen/bath remodeling, commerical build-out and flooring.

After almost 20 years in the real estate business ourselves we decided to start MDH Remodeling to bring the world-class customer service to you and rewrite the script on what contractors should be.

We understand the last C — completion. The end is always the hardest part to make sure every detail is taken care of. That’s what separates us.   Finally, a competent and honest contractor! Cannot say enough good things about MDH Remodeling. The owner, Manesh, was highly responsive and would stop by three times a day during peak times in the project and was always responsive to texts. His crew is very talented and we were thrilled with how our bathroom renovation turned out. It was on the higher end (more than $40,000), and included new semi-custom cabinetry,  countertops, flooring, glass shower, and all new fixtures. This was a huge job that involved removing a wall, a new custom shower, and moving plumbing in a 75 year old house with a concrete slab foundation.  I could not be happier with the results or the process.  Communication on every detail was prompt and clear, Manesh took the time to explain everything to us, and handled any changes and questions like a true professional.  They also completed this major job quickly and efficiently, rather than dragging things out for months.
